Susan began her insurance career in San Antonio in 1993. In 1995, she joined Trimble-Batjer’s San Antonio office. Susan has held the IIAT Accredited Customer Service Representative designation in Commercial Lines for 24 years. Susan graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Geography and in 2018 with a master’s degree in Geography. Susan enjoys quilting, reading, and spending time with her family.
