Mindy began working at Trimble-Batjer Health Affiliates, the employer benefits department of Trimble-Batjer, in 1994 while attending Angelo State University. After graduating in 1998 from ASU with a degree in Finance, she continued her work at Trimble-Batjer Health Affiliates. In 2008, Mindy became a part owner and now shares ownership with Eric Herring. Mindy has 25 years of experience in the group benefits profession with a concentration in group health coverage. Mindy is a member and past president of the San Angelo Downtown Kiwanis Club where she also serves as chairman of the San Angelo Kiwanis Little Olympics committee. She has also served as president of the San Angelo Association of Health Underwriters, an industry organization representing licensed health insurance agents, brokers and benefit professionals. Mindy and her husband, Will, live on Spring Creek in Mertzon with their two boys Schraeder and Luke. They spend their spare time at the family ranch in Ozona working on 4H Livestock Projects with the boys and attending lots of school sporting events.
